After leaving a highly successful career in outside sales, Peggy obtained her real estate license and within a few short years was the top producing agent in her office for four consecutive years. After seeing that she possessed the qualities of a great agent and a great teacher, ownership offered her the position of office manager. Since that time, the office has grown by leaps and bounds, with production volume increasing to an all-time high in 2005.
Though she is now not eligible for awards, her production would easily put her at the top of the list. Peggy's 'secret' to success is her focus on, and approach to, her customer service. Putting clients' needs first is her top priority, both for her personal client base as well as the agents whom she oversees. Her constant communication with clients creates informed and satisfied home buyers and sellers, gaining their loyal support and future referrals.
Besides spending countless hours at the office, Peggy also maintains an even more impressive achievement at home, balancing the schedules of her husband of 14 years and their 4 children.
